Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Tokyo Game Show 2011 Trailer

Who am I kidding, by now, you've probably seen it already. Still. Get hype.

This trailer reveals Vergil and Iron Fist, and later on in TGS there should be other character trailers. The game's also coming to Playstation Vita! Crazy.
Next blog post will be all about My Little Pony, for the record.

Kamen Rider Fourze - First Episode Thoughts

The show's first episode, titled "Youthful Henshin", literally just aired this weekend. It wasn't the strongest opening Rider's ever had, but I don't think I was going to expect that much anyway. After having been pretty lukewarm to OOO, this wasn't a priority to watch. However, glad I did and it was just full of energy all the way through from the opening.

LET'S GO! FOURZE YEAH!

New Release List

If you're a follower of the blog, I can only assume you're excited about up-and-coming releases of things, and I am too. This post will serve purposes. Should be updated semi-regularly.

Pony poster is happy poster.

Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger - Mid-Season Review

Well, I said I would do it and we're on episode 25, 26 coming tomorrow. That's generally a good estimate of the halfway point. The show's been really great so far, and the first Sentai I've fully enjoyed in a few years. Great characters, music, just awesome. Let's make it showy!

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - Movie Review

I know what you're thinking, another one? Hey, I like movies. I can't help that fact, and I wanna major in film. Deal with it. Anyway, this was surprisingly pretty good. I wasn't expecting much, good or bad, and I would probably get this on DVD so I could watch it again.

Me Tarzan. You Jane. Wait, wrong movie.

Green Lantern - Movie Review

I will say that I have no bias towards GL, Hal, or sway either way towards DC or Marvel overall. In recent years, that's a little harder to judge. Hopefully that means a fair review. Just to make it clear, though, my favorite Earth Lantern is John Stewart, due 100% in part to the tv show Justice League Unlimited. Man, is that show awesome or what? But I'm not here to gush about it. Not this time, anyway. You know what to do!

10,000 Hits!

And exactly 3 months later...
Come a long way from the very first time I started this blog. And, of course, at least 70% of the visits I've gotten have been all because of my My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic review. But I think that just goes to show how much attention and popularity it's gotten in the past year! Hard to believe it's almost been a year since the first episode, too. Of course, I can't count out all the other content I've posted about here. If not for everything, I'd probably still be at a measly 5000. And yet, here it is. Thanks for the support, everyone!

No, we're not at 10000 Sentai Warriors yet. Maybe someday.

Metroid: Harmony of a Hunter - Album Review

Time for something a little different! I don't claim to be a music expert, so excuse my opinion. Still, Metroid music is, has been, and will always be awesome, so it'd be good to go over something recent. All the major players are here as well as a good amount of remixers I've never even heard of! Truly a testament to how many dedicated fans there are to Metroid, even if Nintendo is focusing on Zelda's 25th birthday. With that, it's music time.
